I first tried my hand at food blogging in cooperation with some friends at our site gastronomicon.org. I’ve since amicably parted from them in order to have my own blog, where I can have more control over the look, feel, and content. Also I wanted it to be hosted on a real web server instead of an ancient Sun machine that went down often and without warning.
As a result, the first several posts will be re-postings of some of my favorite recipes from Gastronomicon. I’ll then start afresh with more recent recipes, opinions, and whatever else comes up. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy reading!
